Denny Hamlin's 23XI Racing is suing NASCAR and the driver has hit out at a radio station for what he has branded censorship over his attorney's comments.

Denny Hamlin said of his mindset for Sunday's playoff race: "I hate to lose and certainly will not justify any excuses to losing. So I’m going to give it all I can.”

In a dramatic turn of events in NASCAR’s ongoing charter wars, 23XI Racing, co-owned by Denny Hamlin and Michael Jordan, along with Front Row Motorsports (FRM), has filed a federal anti-trust lawsuit against NASCAR.

The perception is that Denny Hamlin the team owner is at conflict with Denny Hamlin the race car driver right now amidst an antitrust lawsuit from 23XI Racing, alongside Front Row Motorsports, against NASCAR.
