The San Jose Sharks have just made their second round of roster cuts. Like the first round, there weren’t any huge surprises. Forwards Mitchell Russell, Lucas Vanroboys, and Anthony Vincent, and defensemen Artem Guryev,

Seven players were cut from San Jose Sharks training camp and sent to the Barracuda. The Sharks announced three forwards and four defensemen will join the Barracuda. Mitchell Russell, Lucas Vanroboys, Anthony Vincent, Artem Guryev, Braden Hache, Joey Keane, and Valtteri Pulli are the players cut.

The San Jose Sharks had a busy first week of training camp, but a lot of difficult decisions are still to come.

The Sharks are down to 49 players and will need to trim 26 more before they open the regular season Oct. 10 against the Blues.
