There are some rally cars there, but they aren't necessarily built to the specific requirements of the ARA logbook (i.e. FIA rollcage standards, just basic rollcages.)

You need to prep the car. If you want to be remotely competitive and safe, you're going to need tires. Depending on the rally, bet on at least 8 with rims.
