网页I recommend you to do a convert from WAV to mp3 (maybe 320 kbps CVR or 192 VBR) and after that do that for WMA but check it's rate (128, 160 or 192) and convert them to mp3 equivalent. If you don't so it that way, you may convert 128 to 192 without any better sound and could confuse you if you get in another time a really 192 quality file.
