As much as I despise DB, they recently easily let me exchange a too-big BM dress for one that's the right size without any fuss.

There is no polite way to do this; it is a friendship-ending insult, and will earn you a "bridezilla" label if done for anything less than the most dire of offences. 网页OP, guest is an honor. Host so that they have a good time. To some of the other posters: Friends should not have to work your wedding. If you do not have enough $$$ for a DOC, then scale back your plans. For example, you don't need someone to hand out programs if you don't have programs.
